Clubhouse Events
In addition to physical recreation, the Rosedale Clubhouse sponsors many monthly and annual events for members and non-members social enjoyment. Men’s and Women’s Poker nights, Duplicate Bridge, Book Clubs, “The Grandeur Gala”, Fashion Shows and the annual Military Ball, to name a few. With our full-time activities director and restaurant staff, there is always something of interest. Social events, dinner, dances, holiday parties, off-site cruises and various other trips will undoubtedly keep your social calendar full. Be sure to regularly review the events schedule and join us for the excitement. We look forward to seeing you there!
Rosedale Development, Inc. believes in supporting the Bradenton/Sarasota area and giving back to charitable causes. That’s why for the past 11 years, the Rosedale Golf and Country Club Community of homeowners, employees and management have been a primary sponsor of “Rally for a Cure” benefiting the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Fund. Each year Rosedale donates their Clubhouse and other facilities, amenities and financial support to help raise awareness and funds in the quest for a cure for Breast Cancer.

Scheduling Your Special Event
With 3 banquet rooms able to hold a combined capacity of 200 guests, the Rosedale Clubhouse located in Bradenton, Florida, is a wonderful choice for your next gathering. The Clubhouse Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and very professional when it comes to helping plan your next special event.
The 22,000 square foot Clubhouse offers a majestic foyer, elegant dining rooms, beautiful architecture, outdoor terrace, and breathtaking scenery making it an ideal location for that next event in your life that you want to be special. We welcome conferences, private meetings, private parties, banquets, weddings, showers, receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversary and birthday parties and fundraisers. The Clubhouse staff can help you with any special event you have in mind.
Audio/visual aids, meeting space and meal service ensure a successful corporate or private event. Our staff will help you to customize menus, arrange services and provide professional advice to help ensure that your event runs smoothly and successfully. Our special event services are available to members and non-members.
