The Natural Side of Rosedale
From the very beginning, Rosedale Development, Inc. appreciated the beauty and wonder of the land we were developing on. We understood the necessity of preserving the natural landscape and protecting the wildlife of the area. When developing the construction plans for Rosedale Golf and Country Club of Bradenton, Florida, great care was invested into research, architects, engineers and land developers to ensure that building would disturb as little of the environment as possible.
Rosedale Development, Inc. kept true to our ecological mission. Preserving much of the natural plant life and wildlife that’s indigenous to the area helped create Rosedale’s breathtaking community. Our goal was to build in a manner that was synonymous with the overall master plan of development for the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
Our endeavor to protect and maintain as much of the natural environment as possible has made it a safe haven for wildlife. It’s not unusual for homeowners and guests to spot the occasional alligator, Florida bobcat, deer, gopher tortoise, turtles, otters, the Burrowing owl, Snowy egrets, White ibis or the endangered Florida Scrub jay.
